Note that some pharmacies may charge a small service fee of not more than R75.00, but most participating pharmacies will conduct the test for free. Feel free to contact your nearest pharmacy to ask what they will charge if anything. Also note that a positive test result is not a formal diagnosis but an indication that your PSA levels are high and that prostate cancer may be present. A formal diagnosis must be made by your doctor.
